Raymond Gabriel is a serial entrepreneur who has built a few companies specializing in various fields including marketing consultancy, strategic management to social entrepreneurship.

He started Createwills, a fintech company, with a strategy to give unique value at an affordable price to financial institutions and organisations with large customer/member base. When building a business, he always builds to achieve scale and maximum profitability as fast as possible without sacrificing value.

Raymond developed a disruptive strategy to capture and scale market share whilst giving consumers an unparalleled value in the Digital Will industry. He always focuses on win-win value creation that works both for large companies and the businesses he runs. He brings this ethos to all dealings with people. In working with people, Raymond’s passion is seeing people empowered to reach their maximum potential. This has enabled him to build great teams as he mentors and coaches them to reach their full potential. Starting his first business at 21, Raymond has been an entrepreneur for almost 30 years, building businesses with strategies that have even survived and thrived in recessions and downturns. Business strategy focused on value creation for clients and the strengths of great team are his passion.

Raymond is also an author who has published books on financial literacy and entrepreneurship. He has a legal background and evolved his career into strategic management and marketing consulting, before focusing on the technology sector. Raymond has strong client contacts in the financial services sector regionally, which he leverages and networks with to grow his businesses.

Phil Clark brings over 30 years of design, development, and strategic communication experience to Createwills. Formerly the Studio Manager at McCann Erickson, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious advertising agencies, Phil led creative teams for over two decades before transitioning into the fast-evolving digital space.

As Co-Founder of Createwills, Phil plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s voice, user experience, and product innovation. His background in design thinking, project management, and creative strategy enables the company to deliver cutting-edge digital Will solutions that are both functional and visually intuitive.

Phil’s leadership has helped Createwills become a driving force in Asia’s Digital Economy, combining legal technology with seamless user experience. Working alongside a high-performing team of developers, Phil co-led the development of Platform d-risk, which earned third place in a national energy innovation award in 2017.

Phil is known for his out-of-the-box thinking, ability to adapt to new technologies, and commitment to excellence in every project.

With over 14 years of experience in the tech industry, Gul is a highly respected developer and system architect known for transforming ideas into robust, scalable digital solutions. As Co-Founder of Createwills, he leads the development of the platform’s core infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across all services.

Gul’s passion for coding, software architecture, and problem-solving is unmatched—he quite literally lives and breathes code (and occasionally dreams in it too). His deep technical expertise and creative approach allow him to bring even the most complex concepts to life.

Prior to founding Createwills, Gul worked on multimillion-pound projects for major blue-chip clients, earning a strong reputation in the industry for delivering highly stable, production-ready code—on time and within budget.

As a driving force behind Createwills’ innovation, Gul continues to push technological boundaries, ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of digital Will and estate planning solutions.
